All chrome coated effepi products are guaranteed for 10 years from the date of purchase.
Non-chrome surfaces are guaranteed for 2 years.

Any color differences on non-chrome surfaces are not considered defects but unique characteristics of the product.

The story


Effepi's history dates back to the post-war period in the Lumezzane area, a highly industrialized district marked by centuries of hard work and specialized skills, where work culture has always played a primary role and where man has focused on developing industrial activities to compensate for a natural environment that is not very generous and often inhospitable. A constant search for improved quality standards, the desire of local companies to be the driving force behind events, to be at the center of the action to achieve innovation and prosperity, has made this area an industrial and commercial pole recognized internationally, an indisputable expression of quality and stability.

Effepi was founded in the heart of this district in 1949 by Faustino Pintossi, who started his business with his four sons; production activities were led by the latter after their father's early death. Effepi is headquartered in the original offices of the former Bernocchi cotton mill, one of Lombardy's leading examples of 19th century industrial architecture. The economic boom of those years facilitated the consolidation of associated companies managed by the family, which moved the foundry to Tiarno in the province of Trento and the production of siphons and drain outlets first to Casto in Vallesabbia and later to Lodrino in Valtrompia. Over the years, these production units were united and integrated into what is now the Effepi factory.
